Where we ship

Hikaro ships internationally from Pakistan. We currently ship to most countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Australia. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us before ordering.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

• Pakistan: 3–5 business days

• South & Southeast Asia: 7–14 business days

• Middle East: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed on our website.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The items will arrive duty paid so you don't have to worry about it. 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@hikaro.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
