Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging

  • You must provide your order number and a reason for the return

  • The item must not be a final-sale or clearance item

To initiate a return, email us at support@hikaro.shop with the subject line "Return Request — [Order Number]". We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hikaro.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@hikaro.shop.
